Tech Spot @ ResNet

The Tech Spot, Kent State University's complete personal computer care center, is now open to assist faculty, staff and students with the technical needs of their personally owned computers. Located in the Kent Campus' Tri-Towers Rotunda, The Tech Spot’s certified technicians offer professional software and hardware support at an affordable price, including:

• Network and Wireless Connection Issues

• Virus and Spyware Removal

• Operating System Reinstallation and Troubleshooting

• Data Backup and Recovery

JMC TechHelp

JMC TechHelp is the office concerned with technology owned by the School of Journalism, Student Media, and the CCI Dean’s Office. We address the issues of faculty, staff, and student staff, as well as all hardware owned by CCI.
